PIHRA is proud to unveil the Mentor Program in a Box—a turnkey toolkit designed to help chapter leaders spark professional growth and community engagement through local mentorship programs.
This initiative builds on the success of the PIHRA Los Angeles Chapter, which launched its own mentorship program in October 2023. Since then, LA has completed three successful cohorts, bringing together experienced HR leaders and emerging professionals in meaningful, structured mentor relationships. Now, we’re making it easy for every PIHRA chapter to replicate this success.
