The Human Resources Management Association (HRMA) at UCI was founded in 2019 by five undergraduate business students with a vision. HRMA remains the only student organization on campus dedicated to preparing future human resources and business leaders. We bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world human capital management by offering exclusive networking opportunities with industry professionals, mentorship and internship programs, professional certifications, and career development resources.
With guest speaker events, industry partnerships, and our affiliation with the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), HRMA equips students with the knowledge, skills, and connections necessary to excel in HR strategy and organizational leadership. Our mission is to empower young professionals to become innovative, people-focused leaders who drive workplace solutions and shape the future of business.
