Your career doesn’t start after graduation, it starts now! Join PIHRA HRMA at USC and become a member of three profesional-building organizations. Membership is open to all USC undergraduate and graduate students interested in the area of management and human resources. The meeting day and time may vary by semester and will be based on members’ needs.
HRMA exists to provide USC students with knowledge and exposure in the field of human resources. Our mission is to enhance opportunities to HRMA members by offering access to resources available through PIHRA and SHRM. HRMA will encourage the acquisition, growth and continuation of careers in Human Resource Management through expanded knowledge, camaraderie, respect and mutual support among HRMA members. HRMA will support other student chapters of PIHRA and SHRM in order to create a greater networking platform for professional development.
Students wishing to join this association must fill out an application and pay dues, after which you will be added to the list of voting members for the academic year. Membership is open to all USC undergraduate and graduate students interested in the area of management, regardless of major.
