Whether you’re a college student preparing to enter the workforce, a career changer stepping into the HR space, or a professional in transition, this program is for you. The PIHRA Mentorship Program is designed to meet mentees where they are, adapting to their goals, skill level, and stage in their professional HR journey.
Several chapters have or plan to coordinate mentor programs. PIHRA Los Angeles, for instance, has developed a mentorship model that has helped mentees secure jobs, expand their professional networks, and gain the confidence necessary to thrive in today’s HR landscape. Now, it’s PIHRA Pasadena’s turn to build that same legacy, and we are inviting you to be part of it.
Each mentor-mentee pair will work together over eight weeks, navigating career goals, refining resumes, preparing for interviews, exploring certifications, discussing workplace trends, and building a support system beyond the program timeline.
