PIHRA is comprised of 18 community based chapters and 3 specialty groups serving human resource professionals located in the Greater Los Angeles area including Orange County, Riverside County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County. These chapters provide a local forum for members’ personal and professional development. They provide leadership development opportunities by allowing members to volunteer on boards, participate in chapter decision making and make presentations. These chapters are an excellent networking venue, and provide forums to learn about and discuss human resource management issues and advocacy from the local, state, and national perspective.
Each PIHRA chapter is led by a dedicated team of volunteer leaders who coordinate educational and social events and are passionate about building and supporting the local HR community.
